Frank Hartnett Sr. is a commercial real estate Broker specializing in land development. He has played a major role in the redevelopment of Fort Devens recognized as the most successful military installation redevelopment in the United States. Hartnett was integral in securing the 25 million state investment in Devens that served as the initial impetus for the reconstruction. He has introduced companies such as Dunkin Donuts, American Superconductor and Ryerson Tull to the former Army base. Hartnett brings a deep history of doing business in the Nashoba Valley as the former Publisher of numerous weekly publications and monthly magazines. Presently Hartnett serves as the president of the Fort Devens Museum.

Hartnett has commercial projects in Groton, Harvard, and Ayer now in Progress. He has listed and sold in excess of $50 million in property in the past 18 months.

Linda Hartnett
Linda Hartnett serves as office administrator along with her duties as liaison with both Realty Executives National and New England. She is heavily involved in agent recruitment and territory development for Realty Executives. She is a Registered Nurse who is enjoying the transition to the business world. In addition to her business responsibilities Linda also is actively involved with her two teenage daughters Kelly and Katy.
